Do I have to repaint before I move out?
Not always. It depends on your lease and the condition of the walls compared with your ingoing condition report. Fair wear and tear is generally not the tenant's responsibility, but marks, holes and damage can be. Check your lease and condition report, or ask your agent.
Can you match the existing colour?
In most cases, yes. We check the current colour and finish during the quote visit.
Can you just fix the damaged spots?
Yes. We can touch up or repaint whole walls. Touch-ups don't always blend in, so we'll tell you honestly what will look right.
How soon can you do it?
Tell us your move-out and inspection dates when you book, and we'll do our best to fit the work in before then.
